End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Spinwinera iPhone application and associated software. By installing or using the app, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

SPINWINERA LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Spinwinera on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple platform rules and this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, remove proprietary notices from, interfere with, or use the software for an unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. SPINWINERA LTD and its licensors retain all rights in the app, code, original design, branding, and documentation. Third-party game content remains owned by its respective providers.

4. Local user content

You retain responsibility for notes you create in Play Journal. Journal entries, saves, mixes, preferences, and discovery signals are stored locally on your device. Spinwinera does not provide backup or synchronization for this data.

5. Entertainment-only scope

The app offers play-for-fun discovery for users aged 17 and older. It does not support real-money gambling, deposits, wagers, purchases, cashouts, or prizes of value.

6. External content and connectivity

Internet access is required for game media and playable experiences. Third-party availability, performance, and policies are outside our direct control.

7. Updates

We may provide updates that change or improve the software. An updated version may be required to continue using certain features.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINWINERA LTD DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINWINERA LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF LOCAL DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination, stop using and delete the software.

11. Apple terms

Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you where applicable.
