SPINAgreement to terms
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and SPINWINERA LTD for the Spinwinera software product (“Software”), including associated media and documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License grant
SPINWINERA LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with App Store rules and this EULA.
License restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
- Use automated systems to scrape or abuse catalog endpoints.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Software or related infrastructure.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual property
The Software is licensed, not sold. SPINWINERA LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including intellectual property rights. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks appearing in the catalog remain the property of their respective owners.
User data and privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Discovery signals and preferences are stored on your device. Catalog content is fetched over the network. The Software does not require creating an account.
No subscriptions for gambling
Spinwinera does not offer real-money gambling, wallets, or wagering subscriptions. Any App Store billing that may apply in the future would be disclosed separately; nothing herein creates a gambling payment relationship.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPINWINERA LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that demo providers will remain available.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPINWINERA LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
Updates and modifications
SPINWINERA LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SPINWINERA LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
