SPINPrivacy-first design
Spinwinera is built so that your discovery preferences stay under your control on your device whenever possible. We do not sell personal information and we do not operate real-money gambling accounts.
1. What the app stores on your device
Likes, saves, taste signals, dwell metrics, age-gate status, and related Signal Log data are stored locally on your iPhone. Resetting local data in Settings wipes those signals and can return you to onboarding.
2. Catalog and network use
Spinwinera loads game catalog data (titles, media, metadata, and free demo links) from our cloud backend over a secure connection so Feed, Search, Saved filters, and game details can function. That catalog traffic is not the same as uploading your likes or taste DNA — those signals stay on device.
Playing a free demo opens content in an in-app WebView. Demo providers may operate their own pages; their practices are governed by their own policies when you interact with those sessions.
3. Support messages
If you contact us via the in-app support flow or by email, we receive the information you choose to send (such as message text and an optional photo). We use that information only to respond to your request and improve support quality.
4. No accounts or payments
Spinwinera does not require a user account and does not process deposits, wagers, or cash-outs. We do not collect payment card details through the app.
5. Age requirement
Spinwinera is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app includes an age and legal clearance step before the main experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have received such information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. This website
The spinweracasinorewardsapp.com website may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. The mobile app itself does not use browser cookies.
7. Third parties
We use infrastructure needed to deliver the game catalog. We do not use advertising trackers inside the app to build cross-app profiles. Apple may process data related to App Store distribution according to Apple’s policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we receive (such as support emails). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; local data remains under the security of your device and Apple’s platform protections.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The Effective Date above will change when we do. Continued use of Spinwinera or this website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
