1. No account or personal profile

Spinwinera does not require account registration. We do not ask for your name, postal address, payment details, or social profile to use the catalog and discovery tools.

2. Data stored on your device

The website may store saved game IDs, recently viewed and played game IDs, play-session counts and duration, theme weights, Night Mix history, Play Journal entries, and your cookie-notice choice in browser local storage. The iPhone app stores equivalent preferences and engagement signals in on-device storage. This information supports core features and is not transmitted to SPINWINERA LTD.

3. Catalog, media, and game access

The catalog file ships with the website and app. Internet access is used to load game artwork, video, and play URLs hosted by third-party game providers. When you open external content, the provider may receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and referrer under its own privacy practices.

4. No advertising analytics

At the effective date, Spinwinera does not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Your controls

You can clear website profile data from the Saved page or through your browser settings. You can reset local app data from Settings in the iPhone app. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to device backup behavior.

6. Age scope

Spinwinera is intended for adults aged 17 and older. It does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, wagering, or cash prizes.

7. Security

Local storage reduces the amount of information sent to us, but no device or browser storage is completely secure. Keep your device and browser access protected.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
