By downloading or using Spinwinera (“the App”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App usage

Spinwinera is designed for entertainment and discovery of free casino-style game demos. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SPINWINERA LTD.
Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
Misrepresent the App as a real-money gambling service.

2. Demo-only entertainment

The App does not accept deposits, place wagers, or pay out winnings. Demo sessions open in an in-app WebView. Any branding that resembles casino experiences is for entertainment presentation only.

3. Intellectual property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by SPINWINERA LTD or third-party rights holders (such as game studios whose titles appear in the catalog). You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

4. Privacy and data

Spinwinera does not require an account. Preferences and discovery signals may be stored locally on your device. Catalog metadata is loaded from our backend as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Age requirement

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. You must complete the in-app age and legal gate before using the main experience.

6. No medical or financial claims

The App offers entertainment and general-use discovery features only. It is not a medical, therapeutic, financial, or gambling product and should not be used as advice of any kind.

7. No guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, specific catalog availability, uninterrupted demo providers, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPINWINERA LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes and updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
