By accessing or using Spinwinera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

1. Entertainment-only service

Spinwinera is a discovery platform for free-to-play casino-style games. It does not provide real-money gambling, deposits, wagering, cashouts, prizes, or virtual items redeemable for real-world value. The service is intended for users aged 17 or older.

2. Permitted use

You may use Spinwinera for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape the catalog at abusive volume, reverse engineer protected software, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

3. External game content

Game artwork, media, trademarks, and playable experiences may be provided by third parties. Availability can change without notice. External content may be subject to the provider's own terms and policies. Spinwinera does not control every external service and does not guarantee continuous access.

4. Local features and data

Saved games, recent activity, stats, Night Mix history, and Play Journal entries may be stored only in your browser or on your device. Clearing storage, changing browsers, reinstalling the app, or device failure may remove this data. No cross-device synchronization is promised.

5. Intellectual property

The Spinwinera name, interface, software, original graphics, and text are owned by or licensed to SPINWINERA LTD. Game-provider names, artwork, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. No purchases or subscriptions

Spinwinera currently has no in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or direct payment features. Refund and cancellation terms therefore do not apply.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a particular entertainment outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPINWINERA LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
